Big Bloom allows companies to accelerate social innovations and develop the skills of their employees.

Working in teams of 6 to 8 people, participants attend 4 Design Thinking workshops. Each team is supported by a coach and a designer who use the hackathon as a learning experience and helps participants strengthen their soft skills.

Big Bloom is a worldwide initiative offering alternative online and face-to-face events to the traditional Leadership & Development and team building formats.

Launched in 2018 with Air Liquide, BNP Paribas and L’Oreal, Big Bloom is supported by the French Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition. Since then, over 1.300 employees were mobilised and 46 social innovations accelerated.
