Welcome at Power Up!#1 – a monthly inspiration for global leaders. In these unexpected and uncertain times in which we are all together worldwide, we all need good ‘food for thoughts’. Positive sources of inspiration and support are essential for our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.  I am starting this project with the intention to inspire and strengthen you with pics and words, questions to reflect on, tips and ultimately send you some positive vibes and energy. I am passionate about empowering global leaders with simple and pragmatic tools to engage with energy and ease in what matters most to them. Each of our unique contribution and way of Being counts.  Let me kick off today with…. Energy matters, not time.   What would we be and do without energy? Energy is vital for us to engage fully in our life, our job, our family, our projects. With more energy, we are efficient, high performant and we can impact what matters most to us! And, most important, we can feel the joy and creativity increasing. ‘Where our attention goes, our energy flows’ AND ‘Where our energy flows, our attention goes’, so here my questions of the month for you to reflect on 1-2x/day & ultimately increase your energy:  What gives me energy?  What takes me energy?  What am I learning from that & want to change?
